Rates

 The Roaming Rose is a mobile beverage cart available for rent and does not assume responsibility for the service, consumption, or effects of alcoholic beverages.

The Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages during the event. The Client further agrees to obtain any permits, licenses, or approvals required by law.

The Client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all guests and attendees and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Roaming Rose, its owner(s), employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, deaths, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:

• The service or consumption of alcoholic beverages;
• Any intoxication or alcohol-related incident;
• Injury or death to any person;
• Damage to the event venue or any real or personal property;
• Damage caused by guests or attendees;
• Violations of any applicable laws or regulations relating to alcohol service.

The Client understands and agrees that The Roaming Rose does not monitor guest alcohol consumption, verify identification, refuse service, or act as a licensed bartender unless specifically contracted to do so under a separate written agreement.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that qualified and properly insured bartenders are retained when required by law and that appropriate host liquor liability or event liability insurance is maintained for the event.
